6* 1880, by letter 222 and bearing that date I addressed a letter to the Chief Justice for the purpose of being forwarded to His Excellency, and on September 7th, 1880, by another letter bearing that date addressed to the Acting Colonial Secretary I made certain grave charges against the Chief Justice and prayed His Excellency to forward inquiry, and again on September 24th, 1880, by letter 1225, and bearing the mentioned date addressed another letter to the Chief Justice for the purpose of being forwarded to His Excellency.
